Nexdom Healthtech emerged from the evolution of the Sinergia ERP Project, an initiative of Unimed operators in Brazil, Unimed Federação do Paraná, Unimed Fortaleza, Unio Digital, Zitrus Healthtech, and Unimed Participações, the largest health cooperative group in Latin America. With the mission to integrate technologies for health plan operations, the company aims to innovate and provide robust solutions for operators, ensuring access to healthcare for 19.3 million beneficiaries.
In 2024, the project’s evolution led to the establishment of Nexdom, with over 300 employees and a focus on efficiency and precision, serving more than 130 Unimeds in Brazil.
Nexdom is tasked with modernizing Unimed’s management by integrating complex processes and delivering efficient solutions. Its core focus is developing and delivering increasingly sophisticated software while ensuring that Unimed operators’ data, managed under a SaaS model, meets rigorous scalability, security, and regulatory compliance requirements. Nexdom constantly strives to enhance user experience in a sector with high demand for innovation while continuously working to reduce operational costs.
